Half year ago he said he has to go visit them as his godsun (her son) has communion event in church and my bf invited me to go there as well. I was excited to come there again. Though was stressed about meeting his exgirlfriend . As time was coming I became nervous about the trip and meeting her. It's important for me that he makes it clear for her that we are couple and its the most important. And she's just a friend. Because before he let her behave unepropriate, talk bed things about me, she put her underwear on our sofa in living room (when she visited us) even tho she had her own room, she sent him photo of her lying on bed (at least she wasn't naked). She used to ignore him for months for no reason at all and then starting speaking to him again once she needed his help. When he sending to her pics of us together she freaks out and asking not to do so. And he did what she asked. Now he's sending pics of him only.

On 6/19 my bf wanted to break up with me. If you need the back story, you can find it on my other posts. Basically though, he felt that we live too far apart and seeing each other and maintaining the relationship is too stressful for him right now (we both have kids and custody schedules to take into account and he is taking the CFA level 2 exam in Dec). We talked about it and in the end, decided not to break up. I didn't see him again until the 4th of July. We went away on a weekend trip together and I was hoping to regain a sense of security in the relationship. How did I overcome it? Therapy, and a massive Eurotrip. I joined a CBT group completely dedicated towards social anxiety - there were six of us who all had the same symptoms. Through the exercises they made us do, it truly made us all change our mindsets over that period of 4 months. They basically gave us one hour of lectures, and an hour of 'exposures'. During these exposures, they'd make us do things that would make us EXTREMELY anxious normally - even to people without SAD.

If the guy likes you, the smallest, smallest reaction from you will yield a result. So I don't think you need a big line, simply something joking like, "Oh! It's you again! Haha!" or some such trivial thing. So when he breezes by on the platform, come up with something simple (e.g., not a yes/no answerable question) that will cause him to stop and talk to you. Something like, "Hey! How have you been?"

I think you that the next time you are with him, and things are getting intimate, just tell him: (*Whisper voice*)"Hey... I just want to let you know that I kind of don't like my breasts, and I've been embarrassed to show you". This will give him the message that there is nothing wrong with him, justifies why you've stopped the progress in the past, and will let him know that you are ready to get naked with him. He will most likely smirk and say something back like "I'm sure your chest is absolutely fine".
